As part of a continued commitment to provide service and member quality, Superior HealthPlan is streamlining its emergent inpatient authorization process.  Effective July 12, 2010, all NICU and emergent inpatient authorization requests are to be routed to your dedicated Referral Specialist in your local Service Delivery Area.

Non-emergent and elective authorization requests will not change and should continue to be submitted to fax number 888-886-0170. To learn more please read your service area’s announcement letter.
