These Value-Added Services (VAS) are health-related programs and products to increase their well being. These programs are 100% free to members. Some examples include free cooking classes, first aid emergency kits, preprogrammed cell phones, and MP-3 players with healthy living podcasts just to name a few. VAS vary by program and by region of the State.
