Superior will have a solution to your complaint within 30 days of the date you submit your complaint. Most of the time we can help you right away or at the most within a few days. You can also complain to the Health and Human Services Commission by calling toll-free at (800) 252-8263. There is no time limit for filing a complaint with Superior.
