Nurtur will match you with your very own Health Coach. Your coach is ready to work with you to set and reach your health goals.

Health Education Classes

Superior HealthPlan wants you and your children to lead healthy lives. That is why we created the Superior Health education program. This program consists of many educational classes. These classes give you helpful information on making better health choices for you and your family.

Health Education Classes offered by Superior

Health Improvement Education — for members with asthma, hypertension (high blood pressure) or diabetes and their caregivers. These classes are taught by providers in our community.

Health Education Classes offered by other agencies.

Superior will let you know about other health education opportunities offered within the community that may be of benefit. Some other health education programs offered by community based centers or medical facilities are:

• Youth diabetes education classes
• Youth asthma education classes
• Nutrition classes for parents and children

After each orientation and/or health education class, the Superior employee or provider will be available for individual discussions as appropriate.
