*NIA will provide utilization management services for outpatient MR, CT and PET imaging procedures. NIA will manage the prior authorizations for non-emergent, advanced imaging services rendered to Superior Health Plan members effective 8/2/2010. Please CLICK HERE for more information.
*Prior Authorization is no longer required for routine outpatient sterilization. Providers must submit consent form at the time the claim is filed.
*Superior HealthPlan is streamlining its emergent inpatient authorization process. Effective July 12, 2010, all NICU and emergent inpatient authorization requests are to be routed to your dedicated Referral Specialist in your local Service Delivery Area. To learn more CLICK HERE
