Please Join us for a Durable Medical Equipment (DME) Town Hall! Your feedback is important.

Superior HealthPlan’s Account Management team will be hosting an online event to go over important reminders and information to make working with us easy. We will review key processes for Superior Medicaid (STAR, STAR Health, STAR Kids, STAR+PLUS), CHIP, and Ambetter from Superior HealthPlan.

This Town Hall is an opportunity for Superior to gather valuable feedback from DME providers about processes and interactions with Superior departments, to include but not limited to:

• Member Benefits
• Provider Resources
• Prior Authorization
• Billing and Claims

Our goal is to bridge the gap, while strengthening the relationship between Superior and DME providers.
