STAR Health Providers: Update Email to Receive Texas CANS 2.0 Alerts

As a reminder, on May 15, 2018, Praed Foundation Collaborative Training Website (TCOM)’s TCOMTraining.com, which is used to facilitate the Texas Child and Adolescent Needs and Strengths 2.0 (CANS) training and certification for STAR Health providers, began migrating to a new training platform, Schoox. After July 1, 2018, providers were no longer redirected to Schoox, and were directed to log into the training platform through TCOMTraining.com.
The new platform includes changes to navigation, appearance and enhanced reporting abilities to help improve the CANS 2.0 learning experience. This change does not affect a provider’s ability to complete Texas CANS 2.0 training.
Please note: In order to continue receiving alerts (including when a provider’s annual certification is due), providers must log into TCOMTraining.com to ensure their email is accurate. Providers can update their email address by clicking on the Me tab → My Setting → My Account → Update Email.
Once a provider’s email has been updated, confirmation is required:
- TCOM will send a confirmation email.
- Click the Confirm email button in the body of the email in order to receive reminders about re-certification.
- Please ensure the following email address is added to your safe sender list:
