ACTION REQUIRED: Confirm Your Provider Information is Accurate

Superior HealthPlan remains committed to ensuring our members have access to quality care from our valued providers. A key component of ensuring access to care is maintaining and displaying accurate data in our provider directories, so that our members can find the right provider in the right location for their healthcare needs.

To support that effort, Superior has contracted with Veda, a leading healthcare data accuracy vendor, to perform quarterly reviews of our Provider Directory data and ensure that the information displayed to our members is up to date. The use of Veda’s patented, proprietary data cleansing algorithms will help us to identify and suppress outdated provider information from our directory, as well as identify potentially new or changed data on a quarterly basis. This new cleansing process will be seamless to you. Provider attestations are not required, and any necessary suppressions will be implemented automatically.

Superior is asking providers to:

  • Verify how your data is currently displayed to members in our directory, please access the Find a Provider Search tool on Superior’s Find a Provider webpage and search for all applicable practices, locations, or practitioners.
  • Update any incorrect information or data that has been suppressed in error by contacting your local Account Manager. To access their contact information, visit Find My Account Manager. This ensures Superior can update your information.
