On June 20, 2024, UnitedHealth Group issued a press release offering an update on the Change Healthcare cybersecurity incident that occurred on Feb. 21, 2024. While the investigation to determine whose data is impacted is not yet complete, UnitedHealth Group has started the process to notify impacted customers and shared a website that provides additional information. UnitedHealth Group continues to offer credit monitoring and identity protection services, as well as a dedicated contact center to address questions. Community Events

Through hygiene closets, Superior HealthPlan has partnered with community organizations across Texas to serve families in need of basic personal care items. This includes shampoo, soap, feminine products, and other  necessities at no cost. To get assistance finding a closet in your area please email mag.meeting@superiorhealthplan.com.

Each month, Superior HealthPlan teams up with local movie theaters to present a family friendly film at no cost. These movies take place in auditoriums dedicated to guests and their families affected by autism and sensory processing disorders. These showings feature brightened light levels, reduced sound volume, and room for guest interaction and movement.
