Community Events
Through hygiene closets, Superior HealthPlan has partnered with community organizations across Texas to serve families in need of basic personal care items. This includes shampoo, soap, feminine products, and other necessities at no cost.
The Superior HealthPlan Community Hygiene Closets are open to anyone in the community and there is no advance registration required. All items in the closet are limited and provided on a first come first served basis.

The Superior All‑Abilities Social Club is a monthly community event designed for adults age 21 and older with disabilities to come together, build friendships, and enjoy fun, inclusive outings. Each month, participants can experience a different activity - such as bowling, zoo visits, arcade nights, and more - in a welcoming, supportive environment. The program promotes social connection, reduces isolation, and helps individuals engage in accessible community fun while also learning about helpful local resources. No advance registration required.

Each month, Superior HealthPlan teams up with local movie theaters to present a family friendly film at no cost. These movies take place in auditoriums dedicated to guests and their families affected by autism and sensory processing disorders. These showings feature brightened light levels, reduced sound volume, and room for guest interaction and movement. No advance registration is required. These showings are first come, first serve and are for families of children with special needs.
