All services must be medically necessary. Your Primary Care Provider will work with you to make sure you get the services you need. These services must be given by your Primary Care Provider or by another provider that your Primary Care Provider refers you to.
Some services may:
- Have coverage limits.
- Need a doctor’s order.
- Need prior approval.
*Some Medicaid members may not have all the benefits listed.
Health care available to families who earn too much money to qualify for Medicaid, but who cannot afford to buy private insurance.
Designed to provide prenatal and delivery services to unborn children of low-income pregnant women who do not qualify for Medicaid.
Health care for many low-income families.
Health care for qualified low-income people who are elderly or who have a disability.

Health care for children with disabilities, special needs or chronic conditions, who are age 20 or younger.
