Texas Health and Human Services (HHS) Provider Finance Department is contracting with Deloitte consulting to analyze financial management services agency (FMSA) costs. HHS is requesting that Superior-contracted FMSAs submit a completed cost-reporting template.

Please note:

• The template can be downloaded from the HHS Provider Finance website at: https://rad.hhs.texas.gov/long-term-services-supports.
• Completed templates must be emailed by or before, April 19, 2021 to: FMSACostReporting@deloitte.com.
