HHS DEADLINE EXTENDED: FMSA Cost-Reporting Template

The Texas Health and Human Services (HHS) Provider Finance Department has contracted with Deloitte Consulting to administer a cost survey for all Financial Management Services Agencies (FMSAs) providing administrative support for individuals receiving services through the Consumer Directed Services option, either through fee-for-service or managed care. The due date to submit the survey has been extended to May 19, 2021.

Please note:

• The template can be downloaded from the HHS Provider Finance webpage.
• Completed templates must be emailed by or before May 19, 2021 to FMSACostReporting@deloitte.com.
