NEW: 2021 Superior Hospital POD

In 2021, Superior HealthPlan’s Account Management department is continuing to focus on strengthening relationships with hospital facilities. As a part of this initiative, Superior has created a Hospital POD, consisting of only hospital-specialized representatives to assist with high-level needs.

The Hospital POD serves hospital facility providers by:

  • Providing relevant targeted education and training.
  • Identifying opportunities of improvement regionally.
  • Building comprehensive relationships.
  • Researching issues.
  • Communicating effectively with providers and their staff.
  • Assisting with high-level needs.
  • Serving as a liaison between providers and Superior.
  • Ensuring provider satisfaction.
