Now Available: HHAeXchange EVV System Survey

The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) program invites HHAeXchange users to complete the EVV System Enhancement Requests survey. This is an opportunity to provide ideas to improve the HHAeXchange EVV System.

The survey should be completed by:

  • Program Providers
  • Financial Management Services Agencies
  • Consumer Directed Services (CDS) employers
  • Service Providers and CDS employees
  • Managed Care Organizations

The EVV System Enhancement Requests Survey is available through June 30, 2025.
