Join us for a Behavioral Health Town Hall! Provider Account Managers will be hosting this event to go over important billing reminders, authorization processes and other tips to make working with us easy. We will review key processes for Superior HealthPlan Medicaid (STAR, STAR Health, STAR Kids, STAR PLUS), CHIP.

This Town Hall is also an opportunity for Superior to gather valuable feedback from network providers about processes and interactions with Superior Departments. Provider feedback that will be requested includes, but is not limited to, the following topics:

Billing and Payment
Prior Authorizations
Health Passport
Issue Escalation/Resolution
