Upcoming Training: Connecting with the Direct Care Workforce

As a reminder, Superior HealthPlan has partnered with MissionCare Collective to create a series of webinars to aid LTSS providers with staff recruitment and retention efforts. The upcoming training will be led by Brandi Kurtyka, the CEO of MissionCare Collective.

The Connecting with the Direct Care Workforce training will offer valuable insights gleaned from the groundbreaking "One Voice Many Stories" project. This extensive study delved deep into the underlying behaviors, motivations, and aspirations of caregivers, Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and home health aides, providing a unique perspective on the direct care workforce.

Through this webinar attendees will have the opportunity to:

  • Learn more about the One Voice Many Stories project.
  • Evaluate key findings in how professional caregivers are motivated.
  • Hear firsthand live video stories of why care workers join a company and ultimately stay.
  • Participate in an interactive Q&A session.

This training is open to anyone in your office who is interested in understanding and improving the dynamics of the direct care workforce.
