Upcoming Provider Satisfaction Survey

As a reminder, at the end of July Superior HealthPlan shared the results of our 2022 Provider Satisfaction Survey. With our continuous goal of improving provider experience, Superior would like to share key improvements made in response to the 2022 survey. This survey serves as the foundation for key improvement initiatives that we undertake each year, and your feedback is critical to making sure we address the right issues.
Last year, Superior made key improvements in the following areas:
- Utilizing LEAN and six sigma processes to improve timeliness of authorization decisions and notifications to members and providers.
- Ensuring value-based contract and high-volume providers receive timely and quality outreach from account management.
- Including additional department staff from Case Management, Pharmacy, and others on a rotating basis in provider joint operations meetings to ensure providers have knowledge of health plan activities.
In the upcoming 2023 survey, providers will have the opportunity to share their feedback.
Please be on the lookout for this annual Provider Satisfaction Survey during mid-August, that will be administered by mail, telephone and email. We appreciate your responsiveness to completing this survey.
