Effective April 21: New Availity Claim Features and Webinar Sessions

Superior HealthPlan would like to notify providers that Availity experts will be hosting several live webinar sessions to prepare for the new Corrected Claim and Remittance Advice features rolling out in Availity Essentials on April 21, 2025. Providers are encouraged register in advance as space is limited.
Training Details:
Topic: Correct a Claim and Remittance Advice
During this session providers will learn how to correct a claim from Claim Status and access Remittance Advice through the Remittance Viewer application.
Webinar Dates:
- Monday, April 21 – 2:00 – 3:00 p.m. (CST)
- Tuesday April 22 – 12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m. (CST)
- Wednesday April 23 – 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. (CST)
- Thursday April 24 – 3:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. (CST)

Enrolling for a provider webinar in the Availity Learning Center (ALC)
- Log in to Availity Essentials.
- Select Help & Training > Get Trained.
- ALC opens in a new browser tab. If it does not, check your browser settings to allow for pop-ups and redirects from apps.availity.com and availitylearning.learnupon.com.
- Select the Sessions tab.
- Select the View Course button next to the webinar.
- Select the Enroll button.
These trainings have also been added to Superior’s Provider Training Calendar.
