Superior HealthPlan Collaborates with Johns Hopkins to Support People with Dementia

In 2019, Superior adopted a program developed by Johns Hopkins University called MIND at Home to support members who have dementia as well as their caregivers. It’s been incredibly impactful for participants, leading to a 16% decrease in visits to the ER.
