$10,000 Provider Grants Available

Superior HealthPlan is pleased to announce updates to our Community and Provider Grant Program. Effective January 1, 2025, grants will be awarded annually to 10 community-based organizations and 10 healthcare providers across Texas. Each selected applicant will receive $10,000 to support their important work in improving health outcomes.

To be considered, applicants must submit a completed application by March 31, 2025, via our online application form. All applications will be carefully reviewed by Superior’s Grant Committee, and applicants will be notified of the committee’s decision by the 10th business day of April.
