Action Requested: 2026 Texas PMP Prescriber Survey

The Vendor Drug Program (VDP) with Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is requesting prescriber participation in the 2026 Texas Prescription Monitoring Program (PMP) Prescriber Survey.
VDP is collecting this information to support the required Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) annual Drug Utilization Review (DUR) report. Survey responses will be used to help the state report on whether prescribers review the Texas Prescription Drug Monitoring Program (PDMP) prior to prescribing controlled substances.
Action Needed:
Prescribers are asked to complete the survey by May 11, 2026.
