New Login Process Through TMHP IAMOnline and Provider MFA Registration

The Texas Medicaid & Healthcare Partnership (TMHP) is transitioning to the TMHP IAMOnline platform as the new, secure entry point for accessing applications on the TMHP website.

TMHP IAMOnline will manage user authentication and authorization, providing a single, secure login process for all TMHP applications. As part of this transition, all users will be required to use the IAMOnline platform, which will include Provider Multi‑Factor Authentication (MFA) registration.

TMHP will share additional details and instructions on this transition by April 24, 2026. Providers are encouraged to monitor TMHP communications for updates related to this change.
