CEs AVAILABLE: Person Centered Thinking Training

Superior HealthPlan’s parent company, Centene Corporation, offers a Person Centered Thinking (PCT) training to Superior providers to better care for members. This training is now available as an accredited program through the Centene Institute.
Please note: A .75 credit hour CE is available to nursing and physician licensures.
PCT is a concept that drives a process of discovery to help providers better understand the member’s wants and needs. It is made up of a set of value-based skills that identify the member’s strengths, needs and preferences. Through interactions with the member and their person-centered team, PCT provides those who support others with information necessary to act on what is learned.
Providers are encouraged to participate in the PCT Training by listening to a four-part podcast series over the course of two weeks. These podcasts can be accessed by computer, iPad or smartphone, and each podcast lasts approximately 20 minutes. To access:
