New Login Process Through TMHP IAMOnline and Provider MFA Registration for Transition Release 2

Date: 06/03/26

Please Note: This article has been updated as of 06/17/2026.

Effective July 10, the Texas Medicaid & Healthcare Partnership (TMHP) will add new applications to the TMHP IAMOnline platform. These changes will continue the transition to TMHP IAMOnline as the new entry point for accessing applications on the TMHP webpage.

Texas Medicaid providers will set up their TMHP IAMOnline account to manage services, access resources, and perform essential TMHP-related tasks. To activate their account, providers must follow the instructions provided in the TMHP IAMOnline emails scheduled to be sent on June 8 and June 15. Activation emails will be sent only for accounts that have not yet been activated.

Log in to TMHP IAMOnline, create a password, and register for multi-factor authentication (MFA) within seven days of receiving the activation email.

After providers have set up their account, they can access their TMHP IAMOnline My Apps dashboard for applications that have transitioned to TMHP IAMOnline.

Additional details can be found in TMHPs article “New Login Process for All Texas Medicaid Providers Through TMHP IAMOnline and Provider MFA Registration for Transition Release 2”, on the TMHP Texas Medicaid webpage.

The following online portal applications will be transitioned to TMHP IAMOnline on July 10:

  • Provider Check Amount
  • Fee Schedule
  • TexMedConnect1 – Acute Care (AC)
  • TexMedConnect2 – Long-term Care (LTC)
  • Remittance and Status (R&S)

If you did not receive your activation email:

  • Your organization’s email security setting may have blocked the activation email domain. To resolve this issue, your organization’s information technology (IT) security staff must immediately add noreply@okta.com and Do_Not_Reply_TMHP_IAMOnline@tmhp.partner.hhs.texas.gov to their whitelist (allowlist).
    • Check your Spam/Junk folders and email filters for the TMHP IAMOnline account activation email, which may have mistakenly been caught by these filters.

TMHP will notify providers in future articles of the implementation dates as other online portal applications are transitioned to TMHP IAMOnline.
