Texas Foster Care: Moving Forward, Together

Children and youth in foster care rely on a team of community partners, agencies and advocates – working together – to get the care they need. Since 2008, Superior HealthPlan has been proud to be part of this team. As the first and only managed care organization in Texas for STAR Health – the state’s Medicaid program for youth in foster care – Superior provides coordinated care to meet the needs of each individual member.
