Provider Profile Reports for High Volume Providers Now Available Online

Superior HealthPlan is pleased to share an important update. The Provider Profile Report for high volume providers will now be available online through the Superior Secure Provider Portal. Paper copies of the Provider Profile Report will no longer be mailed.
Please Note: This report includes practice-specific performance scores designed to help you understand key quality indicators prioritized by Superior.
What is Considered a High-Volume Provider:
Provider Type | Criteria |
High-Volume PCPs | Family Practice, Internal Medicine, and Pediatric physicians who served less than 250 members during the reporting year. |
High-Volume OB/GYNs* | OB/GYN groups who served 50 or more members during the reporting year. |
High-Volume Specialists | Specialists who served 50 or more members during the reporting year. |
Acute Care Hospitals
| Hospitals with 100 or more admissions during the reporting year. |
*OB/GYN provider profiles are currently delayed and will be made available at a later date.
