We will review key processes for Superior HealthPlan Medicaid (STAR, STAR Health, STAR Kids, STAR PLUS) , CHIP, Wellcare By Allwell (HMO and HMO SNP) and Ambetter from Superior HealthPlan.
This forum is an opportunity for Superior to gather valuable feedback from network hospital providers about processes and interactions with Superior Departments. Provider feedback that will be requested includes, but is not limited to, the following topics:

- Prior Authorizations
- Issue Escalation/Resolution
- Wellcare Processes
