Join us for a Hospital Forum! Provider Representatives will be hosting this event to go over important billing reminders, authorization processes, and other tips to make working with us easy. We will review key processes for Superior HealthPlan Medicaid (STAR, STAR Health, STAR Kids, STAR+PLUS), CHIP, Ambetter from Superior HealthPlan, Ambetter Health Solutions, Wellcare, Wellcare By Superior HealthPlan (Dual Align) and Wellcare By Allwell.
This forum is also an opportunity to gather valuable feedback from you as one of our network providers about processes and interactions with Superior. Provider feedback that will be requested includes, but is not limited to, the following topics:
- Billing and Payment
- Contracting Process
- Prior Authorizations
- Issue Escalation/Resolution
- Medicaid, Ambetter and Wellcare Processes
The next quarterly Hospital Forum will take place via zoom on September 24, 2026, from 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm CT.
