Service Plans Available in the Superior Secure Provider Portal

As a reminder, Superior HealthPlan would like to highlight an enhancement previously implemented to improve how authorized providers access important member care planning information. Providers can conveniently access, view, and print member Service Plans directly through the Superior Secure Provider Portal.

This enhancement provides authorized providers with timely access to member service plans in a centralized location, helping support care coordination and reducing the need to request plan information through other channels.

How to Access Member Service Plans

To access a member's Service Plan through the Secure Provider Portal:

  1. Log in to the Superior Secure Provider Portal.
  2. Search for and open the member record.
  3. Select Assessments within the member profile.
  4. Open the member's Service Plan.
  5. View or print the document as needed.

What This Means for Providers

  • Authorized providers can access member Service Plans directly within the Superior Secure Provider Portal.
  • Service Plans are available for viewing and printing at any time through the portal.
  • Providers have quicker access to important member care planning information to support service delivery and coordination.
  • Accessing Service Plans through the portal helps streamline workflows and reduces delays in obtaining needed documentation.
