New Login Process Through TMHP IAMOnline and MFA Registration for Transition Release 3

Effective August 3, 2026, the Texas Medicaid & Healthcare Partnership (TMHP) will add new applications to the TMHP IAMOnline platform. These changes will continue the transition to TMHP IAMOnline as the entry point for accessing applications on the TMHP webpage.

TMHP IAMOnline Account Activation

  • Texas Medicaid providers will set up their TMHP IAMOnline account to manage services, access resources, and perform essential TMHP-related tasks.
  • To activate their account, providers are required to follow the instructions provided in the TMHP IAMOnline emails sent on June 8 and June 15.
  • Log in to TMHP IAMOnline, set their password, and register for multi-factor authentication (MFA) within seven days of receiving the activation email.

Please Note: Providers who did not act on the June 8 or June 15 email must call the Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) Help Desk to request that the emails be resent. After providers have set up their account, they can access their TMHP IAMOnline My Apps dashboard for applications that have transitioned to TMHP IAMOnline.

The following online portal applications will be transitioned to TMHP IAMOnline on August 3:

  • Custom Reports
  • Medicaid Client Portal (MCP)
  • Document Uploads
  • Provider Message Dashboard
  • My Account

TMHP will notify providers in a future article of the implementation dates as other online portal applications are transitioned to TMHP IAMOnline.

Providers that already have Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) IAMOnline access for the State of Texas Electronic Provider System (STEPS) must still activate their TMHP IAMOnline account to access their TMHP applications.

Accessing TMHP Applications Not Yet Transitioned

To access TMHP applications that have not yet transitioned into TMHP IAMOnline, providers should continue using the existing login process with their current My Account username and the new password created during the TMHP IAMOnline account activation.
