Effective 10/12/26: Type of Bill and Discharge Status Denials

Superior HealthPlan would like to remind providers of Discharge Status Code 30 (a patient). This code cannot be submitted on UB04 claims with a type of bill ending in 1, 4, or 5.

Effective October 12, 2026, claims submitted with this invalid combination will be denied.
