TMHP IAMOnline Training Materials and Custom Reports Portal Transition Updates

The Texas Medicaid & Healthcare Partnership (TMHP) IAMOnline platform is the new entry point for accessing applications on the TMHP webpage. Texas Medicaid providers will set up their TMHP IAMOnline account to manage services, access resources, and perform essential TMHP-related tasks.

TMHP has updated training materials for the Medicaid Client Portal (MCP) and My Account to include login steps for TMHP IAMOnline. The training materials are now available on the TMHP Learning Management System (LMS). Users must have a username and password to access the LMS. To obtain a username and password, click “Don't have an account? Sign up here”.

The Custom Reports online portal application did not transition to the TMHP IAMOnline platform as part of the August 3, 2026, Release 3 transition. TMHP will notify providers in a future article when custom reports will transition to TMHP IAMOnline. The following applications transitioned to TMHP IAMOnline on August 3:

  • Medicaid Client Portal (MCP)
  • Document Uploads
  • Provider Message Dashboard
  • My Account
