TMHP IAMOnline Activation Email Sent on 7/28/26

The Texas Medicaid & Healthcare Partnership (TMHP) IAMOnline platform is the new entry point for accessing applications on the TMHP webpage. Texas Medicaid providers will set up their TMHP IAMOnline account to manage services, access resources, and perform essential TMHP-related tasks.

Providers should check their email inbox for the TMHP IAMOnline activation email sent the evening of July 28 and follow the instructions that are provided in the email. To begin the activation process, click the Activate Account button in the email. For more information, refer to TMHPs article: TMHP IAMOnline Activation Email Sent July 28, 2026.

For questions, or support for providers who have completed the troubleshooting steps but still have not received the activation email, please call the TMHP Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) Help Desk at 1-888-863-3638.
