NEW: WellSky Provider Performance Scorecards

WellSky, in collaboration with Centene, is pleased to announce the upcoming implementation of Provider Performance Scorecards for participating post-acute care facilities in the Centene network.

These scorecards will provide insights into key quality and performance outcomes that support improvement efforts, strengthen provider partnerships, and help improve Wellcare and Wellcare By Allwell member outcomes.

WellSky Provider Engagement Managers, in collaboration with Centene, will work with facilities to review performance metrics and identify opportunities for success. Measures may include:

  • Average Length of Stay (ALOS)
  • Short-Stay Rehospitalization
  • Emergency Department (ED) Utilization
  • ADL Improvement Rates
  • Other relevant quality outcomes.

Together, we can continue to improve care quality, support successful transitions, and deliver the highest level of service to Centene members.
