May is Mental Health Awareness Month, making this the perfect time to explore what mental illness is, the warning signs and potential treatments. Dr. Sandy Vale, a board-certified psychiatrist and lead behavioral health medical director at Superior, sat down to talk about this important topic and what Superior employees should know about.
