Superior HealthPlan is currently scheduling interviews for LVN and RN positions including:   

  • Care Manager II, RN
    Education/Experience: Graduate from an Accredited School of Nursing. Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred. 2+ years of clinical nursing or case management experience in a clinical, acute care, managed care or community setting. 2+ years of experience working with people with disabilities and vulnerable populations who have chronic or complex conditions in a managed care environment. Experience with medical decision support tools (i.e. Interqual, NCCN) and government sponsored managed care programs.

    Licenses/Certifications: Current state’s RN license. Valid driver's license.

    Flexible availability preferred, including the ability to work evenings and weekends, to accommodate the needs of our members.

  • Service Coordinator I, LVN or LSW
    Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Health, Behavioral Science or equivalent. LVN or LCSW (Licensed Certified Social Worker) preferred. 2+ years of experience in a managed care environment or working with people who have disabilities and/or with vulnerable populations who have chronic or complex conditions.

    License/Certification: LVN or LCSW (Licensed Certified Social Worker) preferred.

    Flexible availability preferred, including the ability to work evenings and weekends, to accommodate the needs of our members.

  • Service Coordinator II, LPN or RN

    Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Health Services, Behavioral Science or related field, or equivalent experience. 2+ years of experience in a managed care environment or working with people with disabilities and vulnerable populations who have chronic or complex conditions. Other state specific requirements may apply.

    Licenses/Certifications: LPN, LVN, LCSW or RN preferred. Current state driver’s license.

    Flexible availability preferred, including the ability to work evenings and weekends, to accommodate the needs of our members.
