We want to help your patients stay in control of their health and have the reliable coverage, service and care they can count on. Your patients have from October 15, 2026, until December 7, 2026, to sign up or change their Medicare plan during the Annual Enrollment Period (AEP).

- Become a Wellcare Provider - To join our network, fill out the online form on Superior’s Network Request or Update webpage.
- Eligibility - Providers may check Medicare member eligibility on Superior’s Secure Provider Portal.
