Preferred Biosimilar Treatment and Transition Options

Superior HealthPlan would like to inform providers when clinically appropriate, to consider prescribing a preferred biosimilar for patients starting new therapy and evaluate transition options for patients receiving Humira® (adalimumab) or Stelara® (ustekinumab).
