Create a Private Online Care Community

Superior HealthPlan is pleased to partner with CareFlash to offer online care communities for STAR, CHIP, STAR Kids and STAR+PLUS members to create an online account and engage with friends and family on their health, wellness and life journey.

This online community is private, easy to use and is offered at no cost to you. After signing up, members can create their own personal webpage. Only people a member invites can view their page. You can create a:

  1. Careopolis to support a loved one who may have conditions such as a chronic, cognitive or a behavioral health condition. Careopolis is helpful throughout any health, wellness or aging journey.
  2. Kiddopolis to share updates on conditions such as pregnancy and growing your family. It can be helpful for new parents but it can also provide support and engagement if you are dealing with an illness or a big life event.

You can use Careopolis or Kiddopolis to share photos and videos, post updates, manage schedules and create relationships. Visit the CareFlash website to sign up today!
