Nurse Advice - When You Need It 24/7
Date: 02/06/26
Can’t reach your doctor? Have a health question? Call Superior HealthPlan’s nurse advice line at the number on the back of your Superior member ID card. You can talk to a nurse 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Call and speak directly with a nurse to get answers to health and medical questions. They can help you in your preferred language. If you do not speak English or Spanish, please ask for a translator.
By calling the nurse advice line, you could save time and a trip to the ER. You can get help with:
Evaluating if you need to go to the emergency room.
- Locating an Urgent Care clinic or after-hours clinic.
- Discussing if you can wait to see your doctor.
- Receiving tips to help you feel better when you are sick at home.
- Talking about your health concerns, treatment options, and medications.
- Answering questions about pregnancy or caring for newborns.
- Behavioral Health concerns and questions.
If you need immediate medical care to avoid being hurt permanently or if you think your life is in danger, go to the nearest emergency room or call 9-1-1. If you are unsure if you need to go to the emergency room, you can:
