Get started on your healthcare journey in 5 easy steps:
1. Welcome Materials and Member Handbook

Find your new member materials, including your member handbook online. Look over these materials closely. They can answer many of your questions on how to receive care and how we can help you. Visit the Superior Welcome Packet webpage.
2. Secure Member Portal

Create your personal health plan account online with our Secure Member Portal. You can find a provider, change your Primary Care Provider (PCP) and send us secure messages. Visit the Member Portal Login webpage and click “Create New Account”.
3. Member ID Cards

Access and download your digital member ID card from the Secure Member Portal or mobile app, once you have an account. The name of your PCP will be on your card. Download your ID card directly to your smartphone to use at doctor visits and with your pharmacy. You can also print out a copy to take with you.
4. Extra Benefits

Discover all the extra benefits and services available to you in addition to your regular benefits. These are called Value-added Services (VAS). Find out more on our VAS webpage.
5. Find A Provider

Find the right doctors and providers using our online Find a Provider tool. Search for PCPs, clinics, hospitals, pharmacies and specialists in your community to take care of all your healthcare needs. Visit our Find a Provider webpage to get started.

As a reminder of the information provided in your application with the Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Superior may communicate with you by telephone or electronically by using standard text messages or emails. This information may include appointment reminders, eligibility and enrollment matters, information about your healthcare matters, and other important notices. You may opt out of these types of communication, get a paper or non-electronic copy of any material at no cost (provided within five business days of your request), or update any changes to your contact information by contacting Superior Member Services at the phone number above. To access, view, and retain electronic communications, you will need a computer, tablet, or smartphone with internet access, a current web browser, and the ability to receive emails or text messages. Some documents may require software capable of opening PDF files. You may save or print copies of electronic communications for your records.
